This is a great location on the CMU campus. The rooms are really nice, as is the rest of the hotel. There is a lobby, bar, pool area, and meeting area. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's close to the football field and the arena. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Love this place. So nice, so clean, great staff. We lost power for 3 days and me and my boys felt right at home. And the food was amazing too. I’m also an amputee and thought it was so cool the pool and hot tub were handicap able.

This hotel is gorgeous. The design and layout are quite impressive. The pool and hottub were great. My husband used the gym while I attended a work conference, and he said it was good as well. For service, though, I gave it a 2/5. Housekeeping service is not daily and I didn't realize this when I booked our suite. After a long day at my work conference, I came back quite exhausted, and the room was not done. I called the front desk, and the attendant was quite rude and didn't offer to try help or problem solve. Overall though we loved our stay and I would recommend this place and I would gladly come back again. Just be aware that they don't clean your room daily or offer garbage removal, etc. If you know to expect that, that helps to manage expectations. We loved being so close to the University of Michigan. We walked the University grounds and loved being able to do this.

The resturant/bistro is really a Cafe that makes grilled cheese and chicken strips. If your looking for dinner, there are a couple things across the street. Bar is full service, gal working it, not so much. Negative: ""

Nice clean hotel. Large size rooms. The service is nice. and the staff are great and helpful. There are two elevators. The hotel not crowded so that is good. Excellent things that no pets are allowed and no smoking policy so it is super clean and smells well. No pet pee, poop, or smoke smell. Clean beds and bathrooms. There are several conference rooms. There is a indoor pool, gym, and laundary. Free parking. There is no complementry breakfast but the cafe in the hotel makes hot breakfast for around $15 dollars. The food there wad tasty. The coffee there from starbucks so it is tasty. Very nice staff in the cafe as well. Would recommend for everyone who search to stay in that area

Place is great. Rooms are always clean, well stocked with towels and items you’d expect. And the staff is always friendly and helpful with requests. I stay in the area often and always have a positive experience here.
